I can’t remember who referred Catie Schurman to me, but I am so glad they did. The first photos I took were when her two oldest were very little. Even then Nora, their oldest, loved having her photos taken. She especially has loved twirling for the camera. I took Aiden’s photos in 2020 at the start of the pandemic. We opened every window in the studio for the event. And Owen has always given me the cutest smiles.

Then Catie’s sister Calie asked me to take her newborn photos for her second child. And how much fun we had welcoming baby number three too! I think their family holds the record for enduring the coldest outdoor sessions in November winds!

I have also had the opportunity to take an extended family photo with both sisters and their parents a couple of times too.
